1.1. You can make a reservation at the Alchemist Residence using several different methods:
– Phone: You can contact the hotel reception at phone number +359 879 607 943 to make a reservation.
– Email: Send a reservation request to the hotel’s email address: residence@alchemist.bg
– Website: You can also make a reservation through the hotel’s official website: alchemist.bg.
– In person: If you prefer, you can make a reservation in person at the hotel reception.
1.2. After submitting your booking request, you will receive a booking confirmation to the email address you provided or via a phone call.
1.3. To confirm your booking, you must pay a 50% security deposit within 3 working days of receiving confirmation. This amount will be indicated in your booking confirmation. The rest of the payment is made upon check-in at the hotel.
1.4. For package and holiday offers, the hotel requires a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation, unless otherwise agreed. The payment of the deposit is expected within the period specified in the booking confirmation.
1.5. The booking is considered to be finally confirmed once you have made the payment of the security deposit as stated in the booking confirmation.
1.6. If you do not pay the security deposit within the established period, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation.
1.7. When making a reservation, you are considered to be familiar with the general terms and conditions of the hotel and agree to them.
2.1. If you wish to cancel a reservation made, you must send a written message to the e-mail indicated for contact.
2.2. If the reservation is canceled more than 7 days before the check-in date, there is no penalty.
2.3. In case of cancellation of the reservation less than 7 days before check-in or in case of no-show on the day of check-in, a penalty of 50% of the total amount of the reservation is due.
2.4. In case the payment was made with a bank card, the refund is made by ordering a reverse operation on the card with which the payment was made within 5 working days.
2.5. The hotel reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in case of force majeure and other reasons beyond the control of the hotelier. In these cases, the hotel will offer alternative accommodation solutions or refund the deposit paid.
3.1. Check-in at the hotel is possible after 14:00. Rooms must be vacated by 12:00. If you need a late check-out or an extension of your stay, please contact the reception and state your wish.
3.2. Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
3.3. Check-in takes place after providing personal identification documents of the guests. The data provided is protected according to the Personal Data Protection Act and GDPR 2016/697, and is used only for the purpose of booking and staying at the hotel.
4.1. All prices indicated on the hotel’s website and in electronic messages are in Bulgarian leva and include VAT and tourist tax. In some cases, prices may be linked to various offers, promotions and terms.
4.2. The hotel reserves the right to set prices, which may differ from those announced, during public holidays or other periods that are clearly defined by the hotel.
5.1. You can pay in cash.
5.2. You can use a debit or credit card to pay. (service to be activated)
6.1. The hotel undertakes to provide the client with all services for which he has paid.
6.2. The hotel does not change the prices of services, unless it is absolutely necessary for economic reasons.
6.3. The hotel is not responsible for items stolen from the rooms or for damages caused by third parties.
6.4. Smoking is prohibited in the hotel, in accordance with national legislation.
6.5. When making a reservation, the client enters into a contractual relationship with the hotel and accepts the general terms and conditions.
6.6. Unused services are non-refundable.
6.7. Costs for additional services that are not included in the price of the reservation must be paid additionally at the hotel.
6.8. The customer is responsible for observing generally accepted norms of good behavior during his stay at the hotel. All costs for material damage to hotel property are borne by the customer.
6.9. Customers must ensure that their children are supervised during their stay at the hotel. The hotel team is not responsible for the supervision of persons under the age of 18.
6.10. The hotel reserves the right to change the information provided in these terms and conditions at any time. However, the hotel strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but cannot guarantee that all information is flawless.
6.11. In all disputes and legal matters that are not addressed in these General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, the legal provisions of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.
This privacy policy is valid from 04/05/2024 and replaces all previous versions.
